At first glance, it looked like a nice and unique place to stay. The tiny house concept was appealing, and the location worked well for us. Unfortunately, the sanitary conditions became such a serious issue that we were unable to enjoy our stay. I would strongly encourage future guests to read the reviews carefully before booking, something we failed on doing.

− Our experience was very disappointing because of the sanitary conditions. Waste and urine began coming out from underneath the toilet during our stay. Since this is not a traditional toilet, we contacted the property manager for help, but instead of resolving the issue, we were told it would cost an additional $40 to have the waste removed and the toilet cleaned. This extra charge and the special maintenance requirements were never mentioned in the listing. Because the tiny house is such a small space, the odor quickly filled the entire cabin, making it impossible for us to continue staying there. We ended up leaving two nights early to stay at hotel and requested reimbursement for those unused nights, but Booking.com did not provide any assistance. I respectfully encourage anyone considering this property to carefully read all the reviews before making a reservation.

It served the purpose. Would not have rented if I knew it was in someone’s back years or that far out from most things.

It was clean

− The grass needed cut badly and was not sure where to park. Didn’t like the toilet being a camper toilet.

We were excited for a tiny house experience.

− This property was misrepresented. When we made this booking there was no mention of a toilet that was supposedly compostable but had no running water to it and so you basically pooped into a plastic bag that would of sat there for 5 days until we left. We left after an hour and were led to believe we would be refunded. Of course once we left they refused. Booking.com have been no help. There was hardly anywhere to put things. What dishes there were was just thrown under the sink. No instructions on anything. No check in code when we arrived.

I loved everything about the tiny house. It was just what I needed. I will definitely try to stay again when I go back. I enjoyed sitting by the canal while my nephew fished.

− What I didn't like was at no fault of the host. It is just the layout of West.Palm Beach and traffic. After I learned my way around everything was good.
