7.0Short distance to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.
− Single bedroom is directly combined with bathroom and shower. The stairs to the upper floor are still missing any kind of handrail (a complaint already found in previous reviews).

1.0Nichts!!!!!!! Totalausfall!!!!!!!!
− Die Reise war gebucht, bezahlt und bestätigt. Es gab 2 Wochen vor Reisebeginn einige Konversationen mit der Vermieterin. Auf diese Reise haben wir uns sehr gefreut, da dies auf unseren 21. Hochzeitstag fiel. Alles war geklärt, selbst den Schlüssel - Pin haben wir erhalten. Am Abend vor der Anreise hat uns die Vermieterin telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass das Appartement bereits anderweitig vermietet ist. Wir selbst mussten über Booking.com die Reise stornieren lassen, da es die Vermieterin nicht für nötig hielt, dies abschließend zu regeln. Dies war schließlich nicht unser Versagen. Die Vermieterin hat sich an das Rechtsgeschäft nicht gehalten. Glücklicherweise hat Booking.com die Rückabwicklung spontan und unkompliziert geregelt. Doch es waren etliche Kontaktversuche über Stunden notwendig. Um trotzdem unsere geplante Reise zu ermöglichen, mussten wir im letzten Moment am Tag der Abreise ein neues Appartement buchen, welches 50 Prozent teurer war aufgrund des noch geringen Angebots. Uns ist hierdurch ein finanzieller Schaden entstanden.

8.0l emplacement ,belle terasse,trés bien équipé surtout dans les salles de bain
− manque une rampe dans les éscaliers qui sont dangereux et l appartement ne fait pas 120m carré comme indiquer
