A beaut compact setup. Not all is as stated in listing. The entry door lock issue needs repairing.
7.0Clean cosy, comfortable & quiet. Very good value. GPS made it easy to find. Hospitality facilities nearby. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay at this property, however not all is as listed.
− It was a pleasure to stay at this property however not all is as stated. There is no "Free Onsite private parking as stated in booking.com & as shown in property picture. Streetside parking is instructed by the owners once property is booked. The glass entry/exit door can't be locked as it hasn't been repaired. If you accidentally lock it a sign states you will be charged the unlock fee! The laminated sign does not look recent. This is ureasonable & an operator maintenance issue not the guests.The security door can though be locked. The listing states a garden view & a view. This properties bathroom window & entry glass door looks out to the fence & neighbours house via the driveway. The suburb & surrounds though are leafy and quiet. A coffee pod machine would be welcomed. It is stated that a tea & coffee machines exist. They do not. I first sent an email to.tbe owners commending them on all that is great & pointing out some adjustmenys one might consider & our concerns. I received no reply. I presume that the booking.com email address did not reach the owners as such addresses often don't.
In many years I have stayed at many locations this was far the best in every respect

− I could smell the owners cooking through my unit which wasn’t pleasant.
Over all very nice and quiet.Will definitely do again in the future if in that vicinity again.

10.0It's the perfect overnight place for a short stay. Super clean and very quiet. A short drive to eateries. Generous supplies to be more than comfortable. Lovely bathroom and decor. Thanks Dave and Karla.
