5.0Good location, lovely size property.
− Shower far to small, the hot tub was really bad, very dated, broken parts, broken jets untidy area. We stayed here because of the hot tub but it’s quite possibly the worst hot tub I’ve ever been in. Address provided took us to another property very complicated to find when given the wrong address. The pictures are dated and need modifying to reflect the property. Broken hoover

Enjoyed our stay just needed a bit of TLC to bring the property to its full potential
7.0Very spacious and comfortable place to stay. Chose this for the location and fitted our needs for our family break away and trip into Durham only being a short drive away.
− Very noisy being located next to a very busy main road and some of the facilities needed updating like the bbq which was not fit for purpose. Also no cleaning products and not enough crockery supplied. The outside space in the courtyard was overgrown with weeds and garden furniture very tired so was unable to sit there.
It was an amazing weekend would definitely book again for friends ❤️

− Needs 2 more chairs for the kitchen island (even if they are kept in the cupboard ) Wardrobe for the twin room A couple of hooks to hang towels by the hot tub
Very spacious but with a few niggles
7.0Very spacious interior and nice furnishings.
− Only 4 chairs for dining when the place sleeps 6 people. Lighting around the hot tub did not work. Patio furniture cushions had been left out in the rain so were soaking before we arrived. Another accommodation was very close and the hot tubs were back to back although there was a fence between them. Right next to a busy road which could be heard inside the accommodation . There was a metal filing cabinet for a bedside table in the twin room, with sharp edges. No information about wifi.
