10.0Great communication with the owner. Easy and clear instructions to get into the apartment were provided at the time I expected to receive them. The apartment is in a great location, close to metro, Colosseum, Forum and other sights. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable for three people (Married couple and a friend.) AC in the bedrooms on the hot summer nights we stayed was very welcome. The bathroom was well stocked in case we forgot something. The kitchen was also well stocked, although we did not do any cooking. I would definitely come back to this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed it but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.
7.0The apartment was really comfortable and the location was absolute perfection. Nice extra touches (espresso machine filled, cookies, drinks, etc.).
− There is a lot of mold in the apartment and I'm highly allergic so ended up with a migraine and a lot of allergic symptoms. The area behind the safe has black mold. And the shower and ceiling could use a good scrub/bleach/disinfect. Overall, the condition of the apartment could have been a little better. Also, the walls between the apartment next to it are PAPER thin - we could hear every single conversation and crying child staying next door. Sleeping with earplugs in was an absolute MUST.
