9.0tutto molto bello, pronto a fare un ottima recensione perché la struttura è innegabilmente ben gestita,
− finché vari giorni dopo il termine della mia permanenza, dopo aver riscosso la cauzione che avevo depositato, ricevo una richiesta di risarcimento di un centinaio di € via mail, inviata dal titolare tramite booking, per un danno che era già presente al mio arrivo, ovvero il tappo del lavandino del bagno difettoso, oltretutto ostruito, che durante la permanenza ho avuto pazienza e per non risultare antipatico ho evitato di lamentarmi perché comunque sono tollerante di spirito e che io stesso al momento della partenza ho fatto presente la cosa. Mi è stato descritto il danno, fatto un conteggio senza chiedermi nulla, senza nessuna prova, nessuna spiegazione o telefonata, una dinamica che rasenta palesemente la speculazione. ovviamente non ho mai risposto alla richiesta e non risponderò, l'ho trovato un gesto assolutamente scortese e in contrasto con la vera accoglienza sarda.
