8.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Stadt! Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente, die Wohnung erinnert an einen alten Weinkeller, auf höchstem Niveau ausgebaut, sieht sehr chic und außergewöhnlich aus! Alles im Untergeschoss, mit einer kleinen Terrasse im Innenhof, die zum Verweilen einlädt!
− In das Untergeschoss, in die Wohnung, führt eine 20stufige Treppe, die leider kein Geländer hat! Mit älteren Personen, aber auch für Kinder, eine schwierige Angelegenheit!

1.0Vi fick absolut inte det boendet vi ville ha. Lägenheten var dubbel bokad enligt värden. Vi fick 2 rum med delat kök och badrum med andra gäster. Dom hade också haft problem med värden så en hel familj med 7 personer fick dela ett rum med en dubbelsäng. Dom hade fått så dålig service av värden att dom kontaktade polisen Värden svarade väldigt sent och vi fick stå ute med småbarn och vänta länge innan vi fick kontakt
− Jag har inget positivt att säga om boendet eller värden. Jag har rest mycket och bott på många ställen men aldrig varit med om så dålig service. Kl var 23 när vi kom fram med 2 små barn annars hade jag aldrig bott kvar.

4.0Die gute Lage in der Altstadt, in Domnähe.
− Die guten Bewertungen der anderen Gäste können wir leider nicht bestätigen. Bei uns ist so ziemlich alles schief gelaufen was schief gehen kann. Das es Pannen gibt wäre nicht das Problem, aber wie man als Gastgeber damit umgeht ist dann das ausschlaggebende. Ohne hier näher darauf einzugehen, für uns hat es nicht gepasst.

10.0The apartment has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable and clean. It stayed very cool during the recent heatwave. It was spacious enough for our family of four.
− It would have been helpful to have more drinking glasses, wine glasses, and small bowls.
We are happy to stay this accommodation again when we revisit Passau

8.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt absolut super! Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Gewölbekeller und ist von den einzelnen Räumen beeindruckend und ausgefallen. Mir hat sie super gefallen!
− Eine sehr lange Treppe führt in die Wohnung, für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht umbedingt zu empfehlen.
