9.0The location is perfect, really close to everything. The place is comfortable, and for us, the check-in/out process was easy. That said, we think having staff available in case the technology doesn’t work would be very helpful and would make the experience feel more welcoming.
− The pillows were much too soft for us. I had to use two pillows and still couldn’t get comfortable, so I didn’t sleep well. Better pillows would make a big difference.
