− kotor gileeeeeeeeeee,
poor and unfair
3.0It was the last hostel we could find that night! So we just have to compromise to those poor conditions.
− We paid for a room which has basically been sold out! So they gave us the cheaper one with so much poor condition with a promise they‘ll give our differences of money back. But nothing happen afterwards! It was just a lie. The service was so bad, they asked us to cancel our booking, eventhough it was their mistakes and in the middle of the night with my old parents. Oh please!! You should learn to know how to do good service if you want to be a businessman, dude!

6.0The room on the 3rd floor next to the stairs has a small balcony with the town view, the bathroom is fairly spacious, and there is a kind of open multi-storey cabinet to put things.
− The pillow is extremely soft, like being filled with air, and staff ought to smile more.
