We are very unhappy with his attitude and service provided was bad , therefore we requested a refund

− We checked in after 3:30 pm on 3 Jan 25, we noticed that the whole house was not cleaned. The bed sheets of the four bedrooms were not changed at all. There were blood stains and hair on the sheets. Also all the furniture was full of dust. We cleaned it all by ourselves. We called Paul who is the manager and ask him to send someone to come to change the sheets. His attitude was very bad. He said: we are too busy and you can choose to find another house and we give you a refund. He even hung u the phone , we called many times but he didn’t answer the phone. Finally he sent someone came to changed the sheets, We wasted a day to deal with.
