From arrival, we were welcomed with warmth and elegance, especially by manager Mme ARDAN Hajiba, whose exceptional, personal hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Our spacious, spotless room felt like a home away from home, complete with daily fresh fruit and biscuits. Breakfasts were superb, fresh, and varied. We’ll definitely return on our next Fes trip and highly recommend this truly five-star experience to everyone!

10.0زرت اكثر من 55 مدينه في 32 دوله والله وبالله وتالله لم اجد في هذه الدول والمدن ماوجدته من اهتمام من موظفين هذا الفندق مديرة الفندق الاستاذه حجيبه قالت نام متى ماصحيت فطورك جاهز يعتي وقت الفطور ليس محدد بوقت معين وبالفعل صحيت متأخر وافطرت معها قالت نام ومتى ماتحب تعمل خروج الوقت الذي يريحك وهذا لم اجده في اي فندق سألتها عن كوفي قريب وارسلت معي موظف الى المقهى اشكرك استاذه حجيبه اشكرك استاذ عمر اشكرك استاذ عادل اشكر جميع الموظفين الذين لاتحضرني اسماءهم انصح الجميع بالسكن في هذا الفندق وبتدعون لي ان شاء الله

10.0J ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Au-delà du confort de la chambre et de la beauté des lieux, c'est la qualité du service qui a rendu mon expérience unique. Le personnel est d'une bienveillance et d'un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour la directrice Mam Habiba qui a su anticiper mes besoins. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés . Un grand merci à Mr Ayoub et à tout le personnel Vous êtes des pros
