Great base for visiting Leeds with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
8.0The location was brilliant, very close to local high streets and parks, and good transport links. Just the right size for two people exploring the city. Bed was comfy and the facilities all worked well. All the amenities needed were provided, with a good hairdryer, iron, towels, and soap/shampoo in the bathroom.
− It could get a bit noisy with cars on the main road and adjoining walls to the neighbours, but to be expected in an older terraced house.

8.0Great location and everything as described. Great communication with the host - we asked about a possibility for an extra person to stay one night and got a quick response. The request was accommodated at no extra cost, which was lovely. There was extra bedding and towels provided. Everything was clean and as described.
− The house itself feels a bit old and in need of some maintenance/renovation which might be a problem for some people, but we were in Leeds on a nostalgia trip (we both studied there) so it reminded us of student houses where we used to live:) The bed was a little bit too soft and we couldn't get the window to close properly - in the morning, the wind blew it open multiple times, waking me up each time.
