1.0I ll never suggest anyone to stay at this property. The property was completely nasty, stinky, full of lizards, chameleon. Bathroom was stinking, no water supply i had to check out without having bath, the hotel was super arrogant continuously giving orders to not open the balcony door. Zero safety in rooms, dogs barking continuously. The breakfast which was included was very bad in taste served in dirty plates. Please dont waste ur money and time behind this akoya beach villa. I want to rate zero

The stay is not that great and not value for money.
3.0The property is beach facing and offers a nice view of the sea from first floor.
− The hot water was not working in the bathroom and the staff coudn’t fix it. The hand shower is just for show and does not work either as expected. The area is not very safe as many young men would be roaming around in the night. Might not be safe for girls.
