− Nada ....el hecho de no disponer de más días para disfrutar del entorno e instalaciones...
Fernando es un excelente anfitrión. Nos lo paso todo muy fácil.

− El colchón un poco justito. Al ser buhardilla no es 100% cómodo pero cumple.

− Calefacción algo escasa y los vecinos del apartamento inferior con grandes perros que violentaron la estancia común y el tránsito por el acceso a nuestro apartamento
