Bonito pero anfitriona con cero empatía
6.0El apartamento es bastante grande y muy fiel a las fotos. La ubicación es bastante buena, está cerca de todo. Las camas son cómodas y con bastantes almohadas. La zona es estupenda puedes llegar andando prácticamente a todas partes sin estar en todo el meollo turístico. Es una zona tranquila y agradable.
− Tuve un problema con la reserva y la anfitriona tuvo poquísima empatía, no quiso ni llegar a un acuerdo ni ayudarnos. La entrada me resultó bastante compleja. El ascensor asfixiante y superlento. El baño bastante antiguo y sólo con unos pocos sobres de jabón para pasar 5 días. Lo peor es que el aire de la habitación grande tiene muy poca potencia y no enfriaba a penas, con el calor que hace en Roma en agosto es un problema. Se lo comentamos a la anfitriona y nos dijo que por la mañana funcionaba, cuando es obvio que es un problema de la potencia del aparato para el tamaño de la habitación. En la habitación pequeña, el aparato de aire era adecuado para el tamaño y se notaba la diferencia.

− It’s dirty- under the bed is so dusty Kitchen sponge is so old and dirty Too noisy you can hear the trucks early in the morning so couldn’t sleep The door app didn’t work twice so we had to be calling for them to open the door
