10.0Equipe prestativa, educada, atendeu rapidamente as solicitações, sendo na recepção, bar ou restaurante. Café da manhã, almoço e jantar com muitas opções, algumas muitos boas e outras com qualidade média, mas que atendem bem a proposta do Hotel.
− Não me desagradei com algo, sabia do que esperava ao contratar o pacote, pelos feedbacks, fui sem expectativas e fui surpreendido ao final.

− Para paciente com necessidades especiais por exemplo uso de cadeira de rodas resulta difícil o acesso até a praia minha sugestão é melhorar isso.

1.0Nothing, it was really bad. The room and the common areas were very dirty. The pool was overgrown with algae and not maintained. The food was full of flies.

8.0Gentileza e presteza dos profissionais da equipe de serviço com a qual tive contato. Oferta e disponibilidade de alimentos e bebidas nos horários e locais definidos e programados. Opções de atividades extras.
− Tempo elevado para realizar o check-in. As instalações dos WCs no momento de maior fluxo estavam sujas ou no mínimo sem condição de uso. Atividades e brincadeiras limitadas ao espaço da piscina. A confecção dos petiscos era limitada no momento de maior fluxos de hospedes na piscina, bar molhado e/ou bar.
Custo beneficio OK, vista do hotel e praia perfeita
8.0Atendimento das pessoas que trabalham no local. São muito simpáticas, educadas e prestativas. A variação dos tipos de cerveja atendeu minha expectativa.
− Pouca variação no cardápio, seja ele no café da manhã, pestiscos, almoço ou jantar. Repete praticamente as mesmas coisas em todas refeiçõaes. Com muita fritura nos petiscos. O serviço de quarto limpeza e reposição itens só é feito mediante solicitação do usuário.
