10.0The location was great, everything is close and there’s a lot of bars and restaurantes near by. There’s stations of the boat Public system 6 minutes from the apartment. Guido gave us the chance to leave the bags inside and picked them up at a convenient time. There was a map and everything one needs to have a great stay. Pictures are exactly of how the room is.
− The bathroom as well as the apartment is shared with the owner. However Guido was very nice, very polite and was not a complication having him at the apartment. He was mostly outside.

9.0Guido was kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I thought this was great value for the location.
− As other reviews have said, there is no AC, and I happened to come during a heat wave, so it was very hot. :( The host provided a fan, which helped somewhat.
