Lage, großer Garten, Parkplatz vor dem Haus

− fehlende Sauberkeit: Böden waren bei Ankunft nicht geputzt, da Krümel, Haare etc. rumlagen, haben wir dann selbst gesaugt. Unter den Betten leere Kondompackungen (!), Taschentücher. Küche kaum nutzbar da Essensreste an Kochlöffel, Töpfe, Tischuntersetzer und Sitzkissen. Ofen sehr dreckig, haben wir auch erst mal sauber gemacht. Zwei der drei Pfannen ziemlich dreckig. Im Garten lagen viele Zigarettenstummel. Unfassbar wie man so ein Haus vermieten kann und nicht prüft ob die Putzfrau seine Arbeit macht… Obwohl wir das halbe Haus sauber gemacht haben war das Entgegenkommen des Vermieters nur ein kostenloser späterer Checkout obwohl wir schon mitteilten dass wir vor dem normalen Checkout weg sind.

Nothing. The interaction with the owner on finding the condition of the property has been very poor.

− The main bedroom had a strange smell. The garden was unusable for children due to the grass length. The sofa had not been cleaned. The bedding had stains on.

Central heating. Clean towels, linen, work surfaces and bathroom.

− We have found issues with the cleaning and general care, including ; 1. There are cobwebs (these are not new as they have dust in the webs) 2. The top of the fridge freezer hasnt been cleaned in weeks if not months, it has grease and dust on it. 3. The freezer compartments have not been cleaned. 4. There was an empty beer bottle on the kitchen floor, next to the fridge. 5. Bottle tops and cigarette ends have been left on the back patio floor, and indeed one top was left on the patio table. 6. The grass hasnt been cut for weeks 7. One bedside table had a sticky substance on it 8. The outside bins have not been emptied for a while, and rubbish is overflowing onto the floor. We would not expect any of these., and raised them with the owner/manager. Their replies were clear in indicating that they didn't care and even tried to bribe me into providing a 10 star review. Ive included a screenshot of the conversation. I would give this property a miss. It isnt near many facilties, we only used it to get into Sunderland, which needed a 25 min walk to the metro station. The WiFi kept dropping and needed resetting too.
