− 1. Отсутствие духового шкафа 2. Невозможность парковки возле дома (но владелец предоставил возможность платной парковки в 10 минутах ходьбы от апартаментов), узкая улица. 3. Достаточно старое здание и не самое удобное местоположение, район не самый благополучный.
