10.0What an unbelievable place, it's like stepping into a Hollywood movie's idea of a British countryside cottage. Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Carolyn and Koos have thought of everything, right down to the bird feeders outside the window that provide endless entertainment. They even gave my wife a birthday card and present! Also a great location for us to jump in the car and explore the Cairngorms. Hope to be back one day, but if not we'll always remember this place.

Comfortable, spacious and beautiful cottage!
10.0The two of us have previously stayed at Koos and Carolyn's other nearby property; which was excellent. Falls Cottage also did not disappoint during our stay. It is extremely spacious and tastefully decorated with comfortable soft furnishings/beds. We particularily liked the open plan living/dining/kitchen set up. The place was spotlesly clean and the photographs on the booking platform are an accurate depiction of what is on offer. We were there for three nights in March and the cottage was extremely cosy. There is full central heating and a log burning fire with a plentiful supply of wood.The emphasis is on quality throughout, from the fixtures and fittings through to the furniture/bedding and kitchen equipment. There is a smart TV and fast WiFi. Although in the grounds of the owner's house, Falls Cottage is a detached property with its own large garden area and it is peaceful and private. Koos and Carolyn are extremely welcoming hosts and communication was excellent from the time of booking till the day of check-in. The location is perfect for exploring Speyside. We dined at the nearby Croft Inn, a super Thai Restaurant, just a five minute drive from the cottage; also highly recommended is the Mash Tun Restaurant in Aberlour, where we also dined. We will definately stay at Falls Cottage again!

10.0In een woord FANTASTISCH!! Heerlijke bedden, schitterende locatie, stilte, schitterende cottage. Het haardvuur stond al aan bij aankomst met tevens vers brood en heerlijke jam. Uitzicht op de vogel voederplaats met gids om de vogels te herkennen. Absoluut een aanrader!!!
