8.0We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially its convenient location right opposite the airport. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and spacious, and the dinner food was absolutely amazing.
− We were disappointed that although Booking.com stated no prepayment was required, the hotel later requested payment due to peak season and initially cancelled our booking when we pointed out this wasn’t aligned with the stated terms. Although this issue was resolved after we agreed to pay a deposit, the process was still frustrating. Additionally, there were loud construction works during our stay, which we were not informed about in advance, and no notice was provided at reception.
