The sole redeeming feature of the property was its view.

− I traveled with my partner, parents, sister, and my 19-month-old baby. Unfortunately, the experience at this property left much to be desired. First, the property lacked a sign or house number at the driveway, making it difficult to locate. Upon arrival, we were greeted by about 20 stairs leading to the main entrance—a significant inconvenience if you have a pram or heavy luggage. Frustratingly, none of this was mentioned in the property listing. When we arrived, Justin informed us that the washing machine was out of order. However, there was no mention of the dishwasher's issues. When I opened it, I found it full of stagnant water. I reported the problem after attempting to see if it worked, but the only assistance offered was to "try and fix it yourself." Needless to say, having to wash dishes for 5.5 people during what was supposed to be a relaxing trip was far from ideal. Justin did mention he could speak with the owner about a partial refund due to our unpleasant experience, but we have yet to hear back. To make matters worse, the house itself was not as clean as one would expect from a "luxury" property. We spotted cobwebs, numerous small cockroaches, and other bugs. A subwoofer in the lounge had a note asking not to move it, and underneath was a thick layer of dust, clearly untouched for a long time.
