10.0Marielle and Loic were very kind and warm. It felt like I was staying at my favorite cousin’s house, and the home being a Chateau was the icing on the cake. Le Chateau de Lavaud is a gorgeous, serene castle with a generous landscape and spacing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a quaint, antiquated feel of Spanish / Moroccan design. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it. Whether you're visiting Montbron for a purpose or just to escape the hustle and bustle, this beautiful Chateau will not disappoint, and the hosts are lovely people. Merci beaucoup Marielle et Loic! 😊
