the girl receptionist was nice...

− the man at reception needs to be replaced. I arrived and was told that I had been upgraded from a 4 person room to a 6 person dorm... how that's an upgrade, I have no clue... the dorm room air con was turned on around 5pm and it was freezing 🥶 I asked the man at reception if it was possible to make it less cold in the room... he responded with only if all of the people in the room agreed. so then I asked if I could look at the 4 person room since that's what I booked... and se if it was better. he told me he couldn't let me see the room unless I switched to the room... after some discussion back and forth, I finally was allowed to look at it... unbeknownst to me, he showed me the room that is offered if you volunteer at the hostel even though that's also not the room I booked... I agreed to the switch.. when i was moving my stuff to the new room... he grabbed the blanket from me and said that's not for the room you booked. and took the blanket from me. as I mentioned earlier, I was freezing, so that was really rude.. fast forward to today. I was checking out. check out is at 11 but one of the girls was still sleeping so I was trying to be quiet when packing my stuff and it was taking a bit longer (5 minutes) he comes up to me and declares check out was at 11... I responded with yes I know... I look at my clock and it's 11:05... I literally needed an extra 6 minutes. I will not be back and I don't recommend you to either.

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Hostel

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hostel mit Küche, Zimmern mit AC oder eigenen Ventilatoren. Die Betten haben Vorhänge für die Privatsphäre und eigene Lampen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Yogakurse und das Hostel hat Touren angeboten. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

− Mir persönlich fehlte ein Ort an den man sich in Ruhe zurück ziehen kann, um z.B. am Laptop zu arbeiten oder gemütlich zu liegen. In einer Area lief immer Musik und in der anderen war der Raucherbereich. Die Bänke und Stühle waren zum langen Sitzen etwas unbequem. Bei der Menge an Volunteers könnte man noch mehr gemeinsame Aktivitäten organisieren, z.B. abends Spiele, Karaoke etc.

Es un hostel muy relajado, con ambientes amplios y muy buena vibra. La cocina está super equipada, las camas y habitaciones son cómodas y sentis la privacidad en tu litera. Hay muchos toilets y duchas y se mantiene limpio y ordenado. Hay clases de pilates, yoga, stretching por la mañana y por la tarde. Su dueña es muy atenta y esta al pendiente de todos los detalles. Gestiona los tours y shuttles con profesionalismo y calidez. Mi estadía ha sido muy divertida, conocí gente de todos lados ya que es un ambiente internacional. Sin duda, volvería a elegir este hostel para seguir conociendo de La fortuna. Gracias Pura Vibra Hostel!

Excelente ambiente

¡Una experiencia my linda! La ubicación es excelente, con muchísimos restaurantes, sodas y supermercados a los que llegas caminando. El ambiente es sumamente tranquilo y seguro; al ser un espacio mayormente de mujeres, da muchísima paz. Todo el personal fue súper amable desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones están genial: la cocina está muy bien equipada y hay buen espacio para organizar tu propia comida, además de contar con espacios para compartir y lockers seguros para las cosas de valor. Como plus, ¡tuve la oportunidad de tomar una clase de pilates gratis que estuvo buenísima! Y, sin duda, Mila se lleva todo mi cariño. ¡Súper recomendado!
