3.0− Deluxe room was listed 3 twin beds and 1 queen bad, but it was 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. So, they force us to pay another room and threatens to cancel whole bookings which would have so hard for all of us. That's why we decided to stay and pay more. Also, they did not give full receipt of whole stay and ignoring their WhatsApp messages.

− It’s an old hotel, photos don’t match reality, we ended up with a room in the basement. We had to leave early, and they didn't offer us an alternative for taking breakfast with us. The owner called me mobster because of the country I’m from. Not a great expirience.
