🔴 Avoid This Place – Unprofessional, Inflexible, and Drunk Staff

− We had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff here and will never return. Our first issue started with a complete lack of communication. Nowhere did we see that check-in closed at 10:00 PM, and no one bothered to call or message us beforehand to warn us. We arrived at 10:30 PM, unloading multiple heavy suitcases from our car, only to be met by a staff member who was visibly very drunk. While slurring his words, he unprofessionally claimed he "wasn't working that night" and that he had nothing to do with the hotel. Instead of doing the bare minimum to help us get our keys, he literally turned us away in the middle of the night. We were forced to pack everything back up, walk away in the dark, and scramble to find a local guesthouse. The next day, the nightmare continued. We returned at 11:00 AM hoping for some accountability or understanding. Instead, the morning receptionist bluntly told us we couldn't check in until 2:00 PM. When we pointed out the absolute absurdity of making us wait after being kicked out by a drunk employee the night before, he just hid behind "policy." We ultimately had to bypass him and call his boss, who immediately agreed to let us check in. While management seems reasonable, the actual staff on the ground are completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and a liability to the business. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere safe that actually cares about its guests.

For 5$ per night, this is perfect for solo travellers looking for budget price to stay. The view is superb. Mountain view and river all roll into one. I like the fact that we do not have noisy travellers around the bar area. The vibe is peaceful and quiet. No noisy tourists around which is a great thing. The music is also relaxed and slow which helps to make the vibe better for solo travellers that do not like loud places.

− May be the food variety at the bar should be increased because the menu is kind of limited. The coffee tastes basic. Need to upgrade your coffee machine and coffee bean quality!
