10.0The property is absolutely stunning, the living areas, kitchens and bedrooms are super spacious, and the house is styled beautifully. We visited in winter and were kept super warm by the heaters, including very thoughtfully in all bedrooms. Having some lights and the heating on when we arrived was such a welcoming and thoughtful touch! The property is located in extremely close proximity to all of Ballarat favourite attractions, and the house is situated in a beautiful and quiet area of Ballarat. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property for your Ballarat holiday!

9.0Location was great, easy walk into town. Beautiful house, nice big rooms. Separate toilet was a bonus.
− Extra blankets or heater in front three bedrooms. Re cleanliness; We lifted couch cushions looking for lost contact lens, needs a vacuum., otherwise good.

− The only thing would be to have the house provide some more cleaning supplies for the guests to use. Bin liners, paper towel etc.
