− I booked and the facility confirmed the booking. When my family arrived, they were told there were no rooms available, and they had to sleep in a crowded place until they found accommodation in a different facility the following day. May you kindly check your booking before confirming with us and give feedback. This was a huge inconvenience for my elderly mother who was travelling with my two toddlers.

6.0Property is very nice. It was clean. At checkout, kitchen staff and security did their best to get me off with breakfast.
− Lack of attention to detail. At check-in, staff had to call owner/manager to inquire about rate. When tv didn’t work, staff had to again make a phone call. Owner/manager said that, it might be the weather.” This is after A screenshot showed access was being blocked…. Management needs attention.

1.0Nothing. No organisation. On our arrival there was no one. The gate locked. We called and the owner later said no staff was responding and the place was fully booked. We suffered looking an available hotel. So desapointed.
