10.0I picked the INNSIDE because it was so close to the airport. See the answer below.
− We arrived at the airport, but I could not locate the shuttle bus. Perhaps the bus was on the evening break that they mentioned, it was about 8.00pm. We decided to take a taxi rather than wait for the shuttle. The taxi man had no clue how to get to the hotel. I gave him the name and the address that was on the reservation. I knew the hotel was 7 minutes from the airport. He took us on a hair-raising ride up and down motorways for close to 30 minutes. When we finally got to the hotel the taxi man said "It is new. I don't know this hotel". Perhaps INNSIDE needs to do some education with the taxi services.

9.0We booked this hotel for one night as we had an early flight. I should have made sure the free shuttle serviced our terminal before booking as it only services one terminal. However, this isn't a big deal, we took an Uber. The hotel itself feels new. We loved our room, the pool and the breakfast was outstanding! We shall be back!

The airport transfer service is provided from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (exclusively from Terminal 4) to the property and back.
The service is available every 30 minutes from 05:00 to 11:45 except from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 19:00 to 20:00
