La casa en general, la ubicación, la amabilidad, flexibilidad y disponibilidad de la anfitriona. Buenas camas, baños muy limpios y completos. Cocina con vajilla y todo tipo de utensilios, completa. Buena calefacción.
− Estaría bien una cocina algo mayor y con congelador.

− Que no hubiera cuarto de baño en la planta baja y que las escaleras fueran tan empinadas.
