Mooi gelegen, maar gebrekkige service
6.0Gunstig gelegen in Biskaje, ten opzichte van alle highlights. Het huis is ruim en het zwembad aangenaam.
− Het huis was niet zo schoon, zo vonden we een gebruikte tampon en onderbroek, en was veel van de vaat nog vies. Ik heb hierover met de organisatie contact opgenomen, maar zij hebben niet gereageerd. In een huis van dit kaliber verwachtten wij meer voorzieningen zoals vaatwasser blokjes, afwasmiddel en wat koffiecups. Wij verbleven zes dagen en hebben 1 handdoekset per persoon gekregen en 1 theedoek voor alle vaat. Het is onduidelijk hoe het afval afgevoerd kan worden, wat zich na 6 dagen behoorlijk opstapelt. Ondanks dat eerdere gasten dit ook al aangaven zijn er geen prullenbakken in de badkamer en heeft een van de slaapkamers een glazen deur, wat niet erg aangenaam is. Om het pand in te kunnen moet je met je telefoon inchecken, vanwege de slechte ontvangst gaat dit vaak moeizaam.

− No hot water for nearly half of our holiday. Unable to wash properly or have a shower. No response from the owners on this despite asking for an update several times.

− We hebben vantevoren niet de informatie gekregen over hoe we de poort en hek open moesten krijgen. Gelukkig dat mijn dochter aan een kastje zat en per ongeluk de juiste code ingetoetst had waar dus de sleutel in zat en ook het kastje voor de poort. Wederom met een code die we niet hadden maar ook die hadden we na lang proberen. Geen contact kunnen krijgen met de host op geen manier

10.0Very nice house, quietly situated at a reasonable height. Inside everything present for a pleasant stay, outside an oasis of calm in the middle of the green. We plan to come back with the family.
