I arrived at 7pm and I couldn’t access the property. I left three emails. I called them. The number provided doesn’t wor
1.0I didn’t sleep at this property because it was not accessible. I stayed outside for 1 hour buzzing at the gate no one came. I went the next day to find the lights switched on. Why do you as booking.com not vet your accommodations. I have basically been scammed and I want my money because technically booking.com is not safe to use.

This Guest House scammed us - took our money but did not open the gate for us.
1.0I did not like anything because the establishment was closed. There was nobody to let us in. Payment went through but we didn't not get a place to sleep. We were left stranded.
− The guest house phone number went to a voicemail and all the messages I sent did not get answered. This Guest House is a scam and Booking.com needs to remove it from its providers list.

1.0Everything, I didn’t even get inside there was no one and the contact number went to voicemail. We arrived at 21:30 with the kids i had to find an alternative accommodation. I peeped through the gate, looks like there is no one staying there. This place should be take down from booking.com
