10.0Nearly all the comforts of home. A good place to stay while my home was under construction.
− It was upstairs and for someone in their 70s was a little bit of a hardship.
The Over all stay was good and Comfortable .
9.0The location and everything inside was well kept . Clean and good size for a solo or a couple .
− There was no ceiling fan in the bedroom ! Not a big deal but we do need ventilation to sleep . An extra table fan or a pedestal fan would have been nice for anyone who needs .

− we did notbhave hot water for 2 of the three days we were there. Granted it was over mothers day weekend and plumbers were not available. we got a credit but it coukd have been more and I suspect the hot water was not working when we got there (but we did not check it either) outside a bit run down and other tenants in the apt building smoke outside and there was a persistent pot smell in the halls but not in the room thank goodness we would go back but Che k the hot water status immediately

10.0We absolutely loved our Stay at this Apartment!! We will be back soon. Both my wife and I are originally from Manchester and we moved to Fl 5 years ago . We will stay here again!!
− It could have had not chairs to fit around the dining table!! More bowls & or bowls like for cereal I donated some !!

10.0I loved the place! Very nice, spacious and comfortable! And most importantly for me: CLEAN. It was affordable AND pet friendly?! Can’t beat that! The communication was easy and friendly. I have zero complaints. I’m actually thinking about using this place again with my family!
