Marie-France nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec un panier garni ! L’appartement est spacieux et très très bien équipé, on se sent à la maison. Le balcon aussi spatieux est un plus. Le logement est très bien situé entre les parties sud-ouest Anse d’Arlet / Le Diamant et sud-est Sainte-Anne. Les plages de Sainte-Luce sont accessibles par le quartier en bord de mer.

Appartement très confortable, paisible, bien équipé. Facile d’accès pour la plage et l’approvisionnement ainsi que l’aéroport. Marie-France est d’une grande gentillesse et offre un accueil très sympathique. Elle est soucieuse de nous offrir un séjour des plus agréable. Nous recommandons grandement cet endroit.

Not recommended to stay the water situation is risky and host is not professional

Clean, safe, well Furnished, specious

− - There is a possibility of water disruption and the host fail to disclose the info on the posting. We experienced disruption for 24h during our stay and apparently it’s very common in the area(host said) and she was well aware of that since the apartment was full of water bottles during our arrival - Host is not professional: hiding the water disruption situation from Booking.com, she informed us about the water situation 2h before the disruption by sending message to our phone instead of official chat of booking.com -host is not understanding: when we complain about why she did not disclose the water situation in listing, she tried to intimidate us by telling us she will report us to booking.com for our uncool behaviour instead of acknowledging how the situation like this is frustrating and inconvenient for her guests during their vacation. - The host is very rude, for example, the cleaning is included in the fee and we returned a reasonably cleaning apartment but she gave us attitude during our departure. - the address in listing is not matched with the booking.com location, the google map pin is 2min drive away from the real location. The host gave us some unclear instructions but we got lost and end up going to different building which brought discomfort for both host and us!

Spacious appartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal for discovering the south of the island and there is a nice beach in walking distance. Marie-France is a very considerate host and we hope to come back again!
