9.0House was spacious, clean, easy to get to and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I liked that there was a paddle board and kayak in the garage available for use. The photos in the listing are a true reflection of what we got and our experience staying at The Ballina House.
− The grass area around the jetty has lots of bindi’s so a bit annoying coming out of the water with no shoes on. The TV closest to the dinning area/ back of house could not pick up free to air TV channels and navigating the multiple remotes to work out how to get to the right app to watch what we wanted (NRL grand final) was abit frustrating. Wifi in the master bedroom is weak and can drop out so need to pay attention if streaming in bed as could waste a lot of mobile data. Paddle board is cracked and will need to be replaced but still does the job.

10.0The Ballina House was beautiful. Everything was presented lovely. The owners have gone above and beyond to have it look so luxurious whilst also being extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and all the little touches including speakers, a toastie machine and the rest came in handy.
