− I want my money back It's a very bad place The room had only a bed,,no chair to sit on No cabinet or closhet for your clothes Aircon not working Tv not working,,only YouTube.. No soap or shampoo.. Only 1 towel..we ask for more and he said no. 1 glass and 2 cups Braai facility is dirty..bad very bad..there is no kitchen for me braai facility's.. braai tang..braai plate No coffee or sugar or milk.. Please refund my money..bookings.com please take that place off the bookings.com

7.0− The aircon was not working. We waited so long for reception by the gate, we ended up even calling neighbors if they don't have other contacts as the ones provided they were not answering
Horrible
1.0I was greeted at the gate by a guy wearing flip flops and dirty socks, he didnt even have my details, my phone was running out of battery and i had to try and remember my booking details. He then took me to a room with old rag on top of the bed, bed ready to collapse, very very cold room with no extra blanket. If by chance i didnt have my hot water bottle i would have died that night. I slept on the edge of the bed the whole night, room filthy and cold, no movement at all, room too little, my head almost hitting the ceiling (I suppose they cannot do anything about that) but the overall experience was horrible to put it mildly.
