Convenient, well appointed, clean, comfortable. I would stay there again.
9.0A compact little property with kitchen diner/sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Conveniently about 300 meters outside the Etruscan Arch, 5 or so minute walk to city centre. A good 50 meters off road so no cars or footfall, only neighbours who were very quiet. There are good kitchen facilities if you want to self cater. There are steps to the property but Perugia is built on a hillside so there are steps and inclines everywhere and the rise on the steps is fairly easy. Good communication from the owner. I stayed 3 nights and was very happy with the property.
− The only thing I struggled with is finding subtitles on the TV, but that is probably me not the TV. I do find remotes a challenge.

10.0Location is perfect 6-7min from Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, the host is amazing, comfortable bed, fully kit kitchen. Highly recommend

− The flat is on the ground floor. So it was a bit dark but it was ok for a short staying
