Great stay in big house in Lofotens
9.0Those big windows with amazing views are something special! The property is spacious and clean. Location is decent - it's not the heart of the Lofotens, but it's Lofotens and if you have a car it won't be a problem reaching other places. The host was very helpful and shipped item I had forgotten by mail. Price is very affordable for such big house in Lofoten.
− Initially, I was quite pissed, that we were requested extra charge for bed linens. But after 1 week in Norway, I understood it's quite a standard there to request extra charges for bed linens, towels and cleaning. Still, for me this is wild... I value transparency and not seeing the final cost at the moment of booking is something which highly disturbs me. So this is a critique not of the property but of the country :)
Pleasant
6.0The huge floor-to-ceiling windows can be nice if you are lucky enough to spot the northern lights. the kitchen is not perfect but good enough for simple meals.
− The host was probably on vacation when we arrived. We were charged 200 nok for three sets of sheets, which were originally priced at 300 nok but the host gave us a discount. Well indeed you can find the "you have to pay for your sheets" notice on the booking page, but it's pretty weird to pay to use bedsheets, which all except for this accommodation I have been to charge. Feels a bit like a rip-off when I was told to pay for them.
Beautiful villa with amazing view 🤩

Great view
9.0Huge house just down a fjord with a great view from the living room! The house was heated on arrival, there was a porch under which we could park (which was very nice during the snowstorm outside) and they even removed the snow from the driveway so that we could leave the property.
− Kitchen and bathroom could be refreshed a bit. The house was a little bit hard to find under the snow, GPS coordinates would be useful. The rest was perfect
Very nice and fabulous view, northern lights is the best experience for us
