Great stay with thoughtful hospitality

We really appreciated the early check-in—thank you for that. The apartment looks amazing and is equipped with everything you might need, with lots of thoughtful small details that make a difference. For example, there was a fully stocked fridge, beach towels, and umbrellas, which felt like an extra step in hospitality. It is definitely worth checking the apartment before heading to the store, as you will likely find most essentials already there. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, and having a private parking spot for a rental car is a big advantage. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Excellent value for money, would stay again

Great location, right by the beach with a 10/15 minute walk to centre. Lots of restaurants & shops along the way. The host was very kind, met us at the property late and had alot of snacks, drinks and toiletries there.

− Floor of washroom (where the toilet is) gets very wet from the shower as it leaks out so hard to keep the whole apartment floor clean and dry

A nice size and well equipped studio apartment a few paces from the beach

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had a very comfortable bed and great outdoor living area with a nice bathroom including toiletries. The fridge and its contents were much appreciated. The wine was delicious. The small kitchen area is well equipped for making sandwiches, salads and a continental style breakfast. The complimentary items like tea and coffee were also well received. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance but far enough away to be peaceful in the evening. Saying that the two bars in-front of the property were not open because it was too early in the season. An extensive sandy beach is just a few paces away from the front of the apartment. If you don’t want to be in a resort with loads of people, this is the perfect apartment for you. It was clean and had everything we needed

− Unfortunately since the photos were taken the wall outside has got taller. You cannot see the sea from the sun beds anymore. The apartment felt a bit cluttered when we initially walked in, compared to the photos but we soon put away all the bits and pieces we didn’t need or want to clear space for our wash bags etc. I think a nice addition to the apartment would be a small chest of draws as other than hanging space there isn’t anywhere to put your clothes. I lived out of my suitcase for a week, which wasn’t ideal but also not a big problem

Superbe séjour

L'appartement de plein pied est très bien situé, très bien équipé, tout est neuf, propre. Belle terrasse, vue sur les collines. A une cinquantaine de mètres de la plage et des restaurants. L'accueil est superbe, très accueillant. Propriétaire disponible et à notre service (il s'est même occupé de notre taxi pour le retour vers l'aéroport). Le frigo rempli, boissons, bouteille de vin, fruits, thé, café, confitures, pain, biscottes, fromage et jambon. L'endroit est calme (au contraire du centre de Faliraki, à 25 minutes à pieds). Beaucoup d'activités possibles à proximité sur la plage. A 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport et 25 minutes du centre de Rhode. Sejour vraiment exceptionnel.
