Nice, but why not mention the people living downstairs and show images of rooms we cannot use???

The house is nice and clean and in a great location. The people downstairs were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view.
− Well, this listing on booking.com doesn't state that there are people living downstairs. We see pictures of multiple rooms that are not available. It's "okay" to use the hot tub and/or sauna, but you are sitting 6 feet from where they people downstairs are eating dinner. When I booked this site it said that it was for the house. What it doesn't state is that the pictures show 1 building and what they call 2 houses apparently. The stove top worked, but the oven kept flashing some code and would not heat up. The refrigerator took they entire 2 days to cool down, which didn't make any sense since there was ice in the freezer when we got here.
