9.0Great location very convenient to WPI, great value for money, lots of space, responsive and pleasant host; Would definitely stay here again. Host was great with communication, ensuring clear parking and walkways after the blizzard, and replacing the Keurig coffee machine within an hour of me letting her know that it broke.
− The bed in the downstairs queen bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. Could do with a mattress topper or something.

− It was an absolute run down disaster put together as cheaply as possible smelling of mold and mildew.

7.0Nice breakfast diners nearby. Very peaceful and not a lot of traffic. The landlord was very nice .
− A washer and dryer would be nice for longer stays. Was not a fan of the steep roads
