10.0The appartement is very spaceious, well maintained and equipped, clean and cosy. Perfect for our family holidays near the kalamaki beach. We specially enjoyed the morning and evening sun on the seaside balcony including the beautiful sunset view. The surroundings are very safe and the public transports are nearby. Stefano, the owner is very kind and helpful. He handed us the keys in person and showed us everything. We really enjoyed our stay and We would recommend highly!

Є вся необхідна побутова техніка, зручний посуд, якісна постільна білизна, достатньо рушників, навіть окремі рушники для пляжу – про такі дрібниці дбають далеко не всі, і це дуже приємно. Окреме захоплення – розташування. Простора тераса з неймовірним видом на море та гори стала нашим улюбленим місцем для ранкової кави та вечірнього відпочинку. Атмосфера тут просто неймовірна – тихо, затишно і дуже красиво. Власник апартаментів – надзвичайно привітна та уважна людина. Він особисто зустрічає гостей біля входу, усе показує, пояснює та завжди готовий допомогти, якщо виникають будь-які запитання. Окрема вдячність за рекомендації місцевих ресторанів та маркетів. Ми щиро вдячні за чудовий відпочинок. Це місце залишило лише найтепліші враження. Без жодних сумнівів рекомендуємо ці апартаменти всім, хто хоче провести свій відпочинок комфортно, спокійно та з неймовірними краєвидами. Для нас це без перебільшення 10 із 10!

9.0Flott leilighet i topp etasje. Bra beliggenhet, kort vei til stranden og nært nok Athen sentrum for et besøk dit. Trivelig nabolag med flere kafeer og restauranter.

10.0Location ! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Alimos and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The apartment is bright, clean, and very comfortably furnished — exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we could easily prepare breakfast and light meals. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept perfectly every night. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the beach, ( 5-6 minutes)with beautiful sea views from the balcony. We loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Everything we needed (supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport) was within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The host Stefanos was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning, providing great recommendations for local spots and making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We felt truly at home and enjoyed every moment of our holiday in Greece thanks to this lovely apartment. Highly recommended! We would definitely book again on our next trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
