5.0The apartment was spacious and had various amenities. It was located near a main road, making it easy to connect to other places. There was a grocery store right next door, and quite a few great restaurants, cafes, and other shops nearby. A big plus was the easy and quick communication via WhatsApp as well as the presence of air conditioning. It's OK for a short stay (if you don't have too many demands).
− Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the apartment. The photos do not accurately reflect its actual condition, which is not very good—there are significant signs of wear. The apartment was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Many amenities listed in the offer were missing, including comforters, cleaning supplies/basic toiletries, a kettle, and even a frying pan. After reporting this, we received one comforter and a broken kettle. The staff member said we needed to buy our own cleaning supplies/toiletries (even though it was listed in the offer). It was also difficult to communicate with him, as the on-site staff, apart from those on the WhatsApp hotline, did not speak English. It was difficult to sleep here because the pillows were very uncomfortable.
