Manque de transparence
1.0Je ne suis même pas allée à cet hôtel, car j’ai parcouru plus de 800 km pour y arriver. J’ai réservé à l’avance afin d’éviter tout problème à l’arrivée. À ma grande surprise, lorsque j’ai appelé l’hôtel, le monsieur — qui parlait sur un ton très élevé — m’a annoncé qu’il fallait ajouter 50 euros par nuit et par personne, sous prétexte que le prix affiché n’incluait pas tout. Je trouve ce comportement irrespectueux.
