9.0This is a very good, extremly spacious villa located in the quiet residential neighborough. Nice porch, great parking options. Very good fans. Very clean. Trash stored outside which helps a lot with all the insects normally found in SriLanka. 4 bedrooms, large living room, good size kitchen, 3 bathrooms. One bedroom with huge double bed with adjacent single bed under frame covered in mosquito net. Excelent if you have a small child. Two other ok bedrooms with ok beds with mosquito nets and one last bedroom with narrow double bed (120cm) and no net. Very good fibre internet - measured about 80Mb, 25Gb for free, then 200/1Gb extra. Host is easy to communicate, place is esy to find on google. All in all a pleasurable experience, I do recommend.
− Just small things: - the frying pan in the kitchen is smallest available. Except that, only two pots provided. Not enough if you are cooking for 9 people. - the fridge has good volume, but the freezer is not powerfull enough if you want to store ice cream. But OK to freeze water, meat, fish etc
