− Die ganze Gegend hat uns nicht gefallen; sehr viel Abfall überall; Nachts die bellenden Hunde; Das Apartement (Schlazimmer, Dusche, Balkon klein) Wohnzimmer, Küche ok

1.0− Ho prenotato il 18 luglio ed è stata confermata la prenotazione. Il 14 agosto scrivono che hanno già altre prenotazioni e che l'alloggio non sarà disponibile per la data scelta del 19 agosto. Non sono seri ed affidabili ed ho dovuto cambiare i piani della mia vacanza. Inoltre non hanno nemmeno cancellato la prenotazione che è rimasta ancora confermata e si aspettavano che la cancellassi io. Da evitare assolutamente.

− J'avais réservé cet appartement en toute confiance et organisé tout mon week-end autour de ce séjour. Malheureusement, le jour même de mon arrivée, en contactant l’hôte, on m’a informé que l’appartement était déjà occupé et qu’il ne pourrait pas me le fournir. De plus, l’hôte n’a pas annulé la réservation lui-même, mais m’a envoyé un message me demandant d’annuler cette réservation. Ce n’est absolument pas de ma faute. Cette situation est très décevante et a gâché mon week-end. Je m’attendais à un service plus sérieux et respectueux des réservations.
