Just gutted we paid for this !

− Dirty , mismatched old furniture , very thin old towels that I wouldn’t use for my dogs , mould in corners , damp feeling when we walked in ..old 65th birthday banner up , sticky coasters and side tables , guest instructions - too many to read thru - do this do that never ever do this - underline ever !! Don’t ask for late check out as cleaners come in at 10 - strip your beds by 9.30 ! Bathroom disgusting- grimey , sent pics on first day to the email provided - nothing back .. had to shower in flip flops and went to bed dressed ! Such a shame as a lovely space if if could be brought into the latest century and had a better tone of voice ! We paid a premium price for this and couldn’t wait to get home to feel clean !
