7.0Beautiful area. House was very spacious
− Outside fan didn’t work. The front and back yard were quite untidy. We actually had to sweep our selves under the patio’s before we could use. Kitchen didn’t have knives only butter knives. The tv in the main bedroom doesn’t have a remote.

4.0− Overgrown garden. Overflowing rubbish bin with rotten food blowing along drive. No cooking essentials eg. No sharp knife.
Poorly maintained
4.0− Several doors and windows were unlocked upon arrival unlocked, one room had a broken fan, and the air conditioning was not working throughout our stay. Two smoke alarms appeared broken. The towels had an unpleasant odor, and there were multiple holes and dirt marks on the walls and doors. There was random rubbish under beds and throughout. The yard was also littered with cigarette butts and debris. We reached out to the hosts regarding the AC issue, they initially replied saying they would arrange a technician but never followed up or provided any update
Lovely stay but no aircon made it quite difficult to sleep.
6.0Location was amazing, close to everything we needed, property size was fantastic, complimentary milk, tea and coffee was lovely, beds super comfy, checkin was a breeze, having use of the garage to park our car in was great.
− The aircon didnt work, messaged owners and was advised a tech would be contacted the next day. No one came so messaged owners again and one of them called and advised it was the weekend so getting one would be difficult but when she was finished work she would go to bunnings and purchase a portable aircon to get us through (the house was very hot and muggy and we couldn't open atleast half the windows as they appeared locked and we had ko key). We got back to the accommodation that evening and there was no portable aircon and no communication from the owners advising one wasnt coming after we were told there would be one, ceiling fans did nothing other than swirl around the hot muggy air that was already in the house. Outdoor area was also very unkept, needed mowing and the grass was brown and dead-very uninviting. Water dispenser on fridge also didnt work.
