Отдыхали в мае. Понравилось абсолютно все! Гостеприимство- на высоте, какие там работают прекрасные люди! Домик чистый, комфортный, просторный , вид - шикарный! Вышел из домика - и озеро, полежал на лежаках, покачался в качеле с бокалом их домашнего вина. Очень очень рекомендую заказать на обед/ужин домашнее вино , севанскую форель и сиг, а еще картошечку. Безумно вкусно, лучше ресторанов в тысячу раз. Обязательно вернемся !

Relaxing Stay in a Comfortable Cabin

Albert gave us a very nice welcome and orientation to the property, and also answered questions about the food menu and made recommendations. We stayed in the largest family cabin with two floors. It is newish, pleasant and very clean, and the big patio in the frong is perfect for relaxing, drinking and dining with a nice view of the lake. They served our dinner and breakfast directly to our patio, as well. There is no air conditioner, but the temperature at night is cool (even in mid-July), and there is a fan to circulate the air, which enhanced the quality of our sleep. I know this is something that many Europeans cannot understand (needing a fan to sleep in the cool weather), but those of us who live in Asia and North America are used to having the air circulate, and the slight hum of the fan (or air-con) is essential to a good night's sleep. The on-site restaurant has a diverse food menu, and the food we ordered from the menu was very good! They also have a good drink selection (including Armenian craft beer). The beds are very comfortable. Waking up in the upstairs bedroom with a great view of the lake made for a nice start to our day. The lamp upstairs is also very cool and enhanced the environment in that space in the evening.

− The room is lacking some basic essentials including silverware/cutlery, a wine/beer bottle opener, shelves in the bathroom, a bidet, and a desk chair upstairs. A few more electrical outlets would also be useful. Furthermore, this was the only hotel in all of Armenia we stayed that did not accept credit cards. This is extremely inconvenient for tourists. The food and drinks were on the pricey side, but not outrageous. One strange thing, when the waitress brought our bill, she said "tip not included", the bill clearly said "service charge 10%". Breakfast isn't available until after 9:30, and it's a bit weak (no hot food).

Entorno idílico para descansar y desconectar. Cabañas en primera línea de playa y zonas comunes agradables y acogedoras: tumbonas, sauna, hoguera nocturna, etc El personal muy agradable.El chico que nos recibió se preocupó de ponérnoslo fácil,adelantándonos incluso el desayuno a petición nuestra.

− No es barato y la cena tiene horarios muy limitados por lo que tuvimos que cenar apresuradamente. Entra mucha luz en las habitaciones ( la cortina no cubre la totalidad de las ventanas) y eso hace que te despiertes muy pronto. Aun asi mereció la pena alojarse aquí y volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Современные комфортные домики с шикарным видом на озеро Севан и окружающие его горы. Очень вкусная рыба в меню местного ресторана по приятным ценам.

− Подъезжать к отелю придётся по грунтовке, местами находящейся в очень плохом состоянии. На территории отеля идут ремонтные работы, это может доставлять дискомфорт и мешать насладиться поистине потрясающей природой.

Своя территория, спокойно, комфортно, прекрасный вид на озеро, есть ресторан, откуда можно заказать еду в номер, и баня за доп.плату. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный!

− В душе плохо уходит вода, немного долго несли заказанную еду.
