10.0We absolutely loved our time with Mon Cheri and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, everything was professional, efficient, friendly, and of the highest standard. We would highly recommend Mon Cheri and would happily return again and again. The food was exceptional, the staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was perfectly organised. A special thank you to the manager, Tammy, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. The chef deserves special recognition for creating an outstanding menu throughout our stay. We especially loved the refreshing lemon drink! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt truly spoiled and pampered. Thank you to everyone at Mon Cheri for such a wonderful and memorable experience.

9.0We chose Lan Ha Bay over Ha Long Bay. There were other boats in the bay, but it wasn't overly crowded, and the kayaking excursion was satisfying. The services were impeccable.
